You need the Update Packages for MW3 for your BLES/BLUS Version.
then you install them via "Install Package Files"
after that you just have to go into your FTP or File Manager and put a modded EBOOT in your USDIR
finish but make sure, that the EBOOT is for 4.30 CFW and for your BLES/BLUS
