Uninstall the program and make sure you restart your console and pc.
This worked for me.

this is nothing just click cancel and everything should work cause thats what i did

Much people is having that problem , i never had that personally but apparently, to fix it you need to install the program again.

I tried uninstalling it to no avail.

Maybe I'll just try a new PC.

How did you fix it? I'm experiencing the same problem as the thread starter. I tried unistalling the programs and it's still happening.
