you need a jailbroken ps3. how to get a jailbroken ps3 is by buying a ps3 on ebay that is firmware 3.55 or lower, usually run 200$ and up
if you dont know what cfw is try googling it or even searching for it on here. but most likely for you i wouldnt even bother cause you obviously have no idea what you are doing
