there is no modded patches in mw3 only eboot.bin and you can create your own eboot.bin by iMCSx Eboot builder.

i need the 1.22 and 1.23 patch...the ones i find have (3.41 spoof 9.99 on them)

replace BLUS30838 with your blus/bles. you get a nice list with all needed patches.
download iMCSx eboot builder and create your own modded eboot.
