Anyways, he said yes, sure. So I went ahead and mailed it to him. Paid him, anyways, he went ahead with the jailbreaking process, he put on Rebug 4.21.2 REX I am pretty sure. I asked my friend who hosts MW3 lobbies what eboot he recommended and he sent me Ghost Rolly's or whatever it is called, well the guy went online on my primary account to test out the eboot and said the game started but no one joined and seemed to work fine and then got off.. Then I asked him if he installed the Zombiekillah patch, he went and installed those or so he said, then installed Choco's Ultimate patch, said he only went to the screen where it says the name of the patch then turned it off and shipped it back to me.. Well while I was waiting for my ps3 to arrive I was playing online with my primary account on another Ps3, all of a sudden I went to go eat, came back to play again and it said I was banned or temporarily suspended. I called Playstation up and they said it was banned due to hacking, keep in mind this was 4 days after he sent it back to me I just never received it yet. They also said the console had been banned as well.. I am just wondering what went wrong? Was it the fact that he went into a game with just the Ghost Rolly eboot with no one in the lobby that got my account and console banned. Or was it the fact that he went online with the Choco eboot and didn't even play a match. I am very confused as to what happened. I ended up getting a new PSID from him tho so I have to PSID patch every single time I go to play online now which is a pain but I just do not want to risk getting this one banned. I just need help knowing what exactly I need to do in order to host mw3 xp lobbies or if I should just stay clear of it all together and stick with MW2 and WaW, which are getting boring now...

Sorry for the huge story, just want to get every detail in here so I can get the help required.

Oh.. And I forgot to mention, my primary account was the only one with the auto-sign in set on it so thats why he used it. I was 20th prestige and 1000 in the world for kills all legitimate. I also had 400 MOABS and plenty in my vault and a Youtube channel I started for that accounts game plays. Now lost due to this... So I need some answers since he doesn't seem to know what went wrong...

Modding on mw3 can get your console banned and your account but this ban was pretty much fast tho o_O
Well Try to host in domination only (Search & destroy can get you banned faster) and try to host only for your friends and people from NGU !

Btw maybe he tried to mod with another account and got his console banned wich leaded to your account being banned at the same time ^^

Well this is the thing right, I was actually playing during the time he went online and I thought it was timing me out of the game, so I waited for the timed out message to pop up, then it said "You have signed in at another location" I went on my brothers account since he was friends with my primary account and seen he was on Capture the Flag. Not sure if that is what did it. But I just really do not want to get console banned again. I see people hosting that have been doing it for months that never got banned. My friend just got banned because he was real time editing a lot. After I got my PS3 back, I went ahead and deleted the Mw3 game data out of the utility and have not replaced the eboot since. Would I be fine just throwing in the Ghost Rolly eboot or do I have to install the zombiekillah package files? The guy who jailbroke it said he didn't need to do that because that is only for people running 3.55 so they can spoof their console to be able to play online. When mine says its 4.31 already... No you dont need Zombiekillag package ! Just install the newest mw3 patch normally and then transfer your desired eboot in your game folder !

Thank you so much for replying, now I have to know, I am on an iMac right now, is the eboot builder PC software or can it be used for both? I am completely new to this whole modding thing I just have been using other peoples patches the past week on Mw2 and WaW trying to find one that I enjoy. I am not really picky when it comes to eboots just want one that gives around 29,986 xp per kill, capture, Dog tag whatever else you know. Is it possible that you could build me one and I'd pay you for it?
