(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So i cant use the rtm/rte tool on mw3 it connects to my ps3 but wont atttach mw3 but when i do it on black ops it works, also i can use the project memories menu that works same with bad luck mod menu but cant connect with the rtm tool so any help would be nice

I guess you don't use a debug eboot on mw3.
So create one with eboot builder, copy it onto your ps3 and then try it out.

try to re-stall ProDG program I found that what fix it for me when I was having the same problems
make sure it setup right like this : C:\Program Files (x86)\SN Systems\
