Everything worked fine last night and later in the past but I recently reset my router and it only connects to my PS3. The only tool that will work is Endstone's Project Memories. I can also attach processes in the Debugger and do mods, but the majority of tools don't work. I've tried re-intalling Pro DG Manager v4.20.10 and still no luck. If anybody could help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Nevermind. I just simply restarted my PC and everything is back.
