I think it is practically impossible to get 99999999 XP for MW3. If you are talking about Bo1 -9999999999 XP, yeah that's true. Go to the Lobbies and Services section. This is a request.

99999999 is not impossible i was in it yesterday it only lets you get xp if your level 80

Lol ok, I was wrong, its just because I have never seen people posting it up and actually hosting it when I was in one
