You just need a debug eboot.bin file

Once you put a debug eboot into your mw3 folder then when your on mw3 click on Kernel Explorer and click on the green circle thing and it will refresh then if writing comes up go connect and attach then if it still says object not set to a reference then either you have a tool that just isnt really for your computer or you did something wrong like some tools dont sem to run on my computer and some say that object set to referance thing so just fiddle around with it then youll get the hang of it

You need a debug eboot. You also need to be on single settings not dual settings.

where do you check the singe/duel settings

In Debug settings under network settings.
