Wrong section... but anyway you get this issue by using an eboot that is older than the current update. For example if I was to use chocos 1.23 debug eboot then when I booted up mw3, I would have a black screen. To fix this delete the eboot and make sure you download a 1.24 one. Also if you messed with the files unnecessarily you would have this problem. If the new eboot doesn't work, delete your 1.24 mw3 patch and re download one for your region from here: You must login or register to view this content.

ive been having the same problem, mw3 will start just fine on my ofw ps3 but when i go on my cfw it only lets me start it up offline, when i sign in & start up mw3 on my cfw if gives me a black screen, does it do the same exact thing to you? @ygbk12

yea it did do tht... i just deleted the blus file on filezilla the reinstalled it and changed the eboot now it works perfectly
