I am having the same exact issue, I just went from rebug 4.40 to 4.46 DREX then downgraded to 3.55 again then to PS3ita and now I can't even play online with any eboot, some give me the server is down error and some let me connect but when I go to find a game no one can join me, I took off super force host and it hangs trying to find a game or join a game... I have no idea what to do... If you find out please let me know, I know I am using a 1.24 eboot because I made it with the 1.24 eboot builder and did everything I am supposed to.
