I'm not sure of any tools that have this function that support the CEX RTE method. However, I wouldn't do it because going too far with your stats will attract unwanted attention and you could potentially face a ban. Though, since BO2 and Ghosts has come out since I guess the heat on MW3 may have died down a little.

Another person that likes to use the work 'hack' lol. But the best way to do this is to get a lot of kills. I usually go into TDM with a few friends it help knowing you have people to talk to when your raging when you're not getting a lot of kills. But yeah just keep sticking to that. Oh and get some wins while you're at it.
