I can connect rtm tools but they will not attatch. debugging station checks out. filezilla checks out. Eboots check out. but no attatch. some tools I can attatch CCAPI but not TMAPI. KIWI modz tool for mw3 will connect to dex but not attatch. ive ran through tons of eboots and made eboots via mw3 eboot builder but nope. I have posted in the elite forum (no disrespect) but couldn't find the answer. but I would imagine this area will have higher traffic volume so maybe I will run into somebody that has the answer. please help with suggestions. OK so im gonna post this fix because ive not seen anywhere where this problem was answered. when all the other tutorials fail you on this try to call your internet company and have your router/modem reset to defaults and find out if ur connection is buggy. they found some bugs in mine cleared them up reset the router to defaults and low and behold. RTM tools connected and attatched perfectly. Hope this helps some frustrated person out there. it did me

I have the same problem it connects but no attach it doesn't connect when dex is selected only cex I assure you I am on ps ita 4.50 dex but doesn't work when I check rebug tool box it "Lv2 kernels are on cex" but the other says dex idk I ran through everything and still nothing unless theirs something in debug settings I didnt see properly idk I'd like help soon because I used to be on 4.46 Drex never had this problem
