You might of uploaded a corrupt file or something into your games directory. You can try resetting all the files back to there original state (how it came when you got the game). First you want to go onto your PS3's XMB menu and find "Saved Data Utility(PS3)". Once you find it, click on it and find MW3. Once you find MW3, hover over it and hit the triangle button on your PS3 controller. Then a little popup should show, click "Delete". Now try running the game.
