Not sure if it'll help but i'm using Exodus V1 SPRX and i get host everytime & i don't have the best connection either so you could try that SPRX and see what happens. I was using Virtual Energy SPRX and if i'm not mistaken that EBOOT has force host on it so try both & hopefully one works for you Smile

Use an sprx and a rtm tool and use the tool to apply force host :p

Most of the tools have Force Host on them so you don't really need an SPRX unless you really want one. You can find Force Host on pretty much any tools that are out right now.
