Most likely an eboot error, did you replace it?

It's an Eboot 100 percent. You need to find an Eboot for MW3 that's NPUB (PSN Game store Game region) or convert a BLUS/BLES eboot using resigner.

Yeah, using the NPUB version really blows. YOu need an eboot that supports your region.
