As fare as i am Aware Their is not a UAV Infection on MW3.
Their has been a Few people Saying That MW3 Has UAV, Aimbot + Other Infectable Mods But
I Do not Think That is True.

No you can't. The only thing you can be infected with is pro mod / increased fov and big overhead names.
That can be done by watching a modded vault clip.
