You need to have a jailbreak, if you are on OFW 4.78 i just heard about the backup method but i wouldnt recommend to do this. Try to downgrade and get a Rebug CFW. Then spoof everything to 4.78 installt ccapi if on cex and debug eboot and a RTM tool or Menu Tool For Mw3. Also do everything to avoid cid ban risk (PSNinja, ....) and then i think there isnt a ban risk for Mw3 anymore.

How I do it on dex?

With the ps3 Target Manager connect it and search for dex tool
