My guess is they join a lobby with someone who is using phantom and the menu is deranking them for using godmode classes or somein...?

That's a good idea it doesn't matter what tool I've used like 5 RTMs and still happens

Well then i guessing its down to phantom

They are getting deranked by Phantom, only way u can fix this is if u mod their account again.
