Just use a patch. There are hundreds of patches with unlock all and any prestige for all clients.
If you're still bent on only wanting a rtm tool then maybe try Mango_Knife. I think he has one.

thanks man was not shore i do have chocos patch on but the unlock all for clients / lots of things ect dose not seem to work

Try my patch. I have max prestige and unlock all for all clients and it works 100%.
