That apparently does not work with online VC? i tried on my account last night since servers were down but now i have VC no SP?

Start a MyCAREER without login into PSN and you'll get SP instead of VC.

Then you're just out of luck man. Franky is a trustworthy seller, you can just buy from him. If not, then play legit.

No. You need VC to upgrade your player to play Blacktop, not SP.

SP is for offline MyCareer, VC is for online MyCareer. But for anything online related, upgrades, clothes/item purchases you need VC.
