I am currently running Rebug 4.70.1 Dex, will i need to update to Rebug 4.75.1 in order for it to stop freezing??

It might just be the torrent is damaged in some way that's causing the freezing but if you want to update to 4.75 then give it a try and see if it fixes it

Update your system to rebug 4.75 and you will have no problems .

downloaded it yesterday, looks like a 2006 game, i just quit during my first match, dont know if all nba's for ps3 were like this but im glad i didnt buy it

just a download problem,i m on 4.70 DEX too and it works perfectly

I ran NBA 2K16 on both 4.70 rebug cobra and 4.75 rebug d-rex cobra, and there were no problems creating my character. Try re-transferring the game through filezilla. Overwrite EVERYTHING.
