Saul linked a .ahk script earlier in the shoutbox for copy and paste unicode smilies. I asked if I could make a program with his source and he said sure...and I got bored, so I made it :p It's open source since it's literally buttons and one line of text for each button. I made two versions... one has DotNetBar theme and one has Windows Form theme.

Please note that all fonts are not capable of displaying some unicode characters...
If anyone has any other smiley suggestions, post them here and I'll most likely add them.

Nice, but you should store the smiley chars. as strings in some local database or a text/.csv file and read them at runtime. Create a new button for each row/line when reading them Smile.

This way, if the user has a smiley face they want to add, it's easy for them to do it.
