I was going to change the dimensions in the rules, however, I opened our current image in a new tab and noticed the it abides by the 500x250. This is a nice size, so I don't think we need anything bigger. :p

Maybe some like advertising would help this section come back to life? Like in the shoutout boxes, maybe the Graphics forum gets bumped up instead of the way bottom, or a link on the banner on the page? Just something. Maybe talk to a Admin about this?
