How to use:

-Download the Rom you want
-Put it in the No$GBA folder
-Click the No$GBA program
-Find the Rom and click it
-Enjoy

Pokemon Soul Silver/Heart Gold Freezing Mid-Game:

-Its known to freeze randomly so make sure you do these things regularly
-Save in the actual game itself
-Then Reset cartridge
-This will prevent game data loss if you have a freeze
