Well if your starting from a blank source it will probly take about a year or so, if your still interested I can give you a link to a tut.

ya sure if u could, im looking for one that would be the easyest to start off from.

ehh, Honestly I would suggest just looking for a new private server and trying to help them code and run theirs, best way too learn I was looking at the tut and I have made 3 servers(I quit making them now). And some areas are still a bit shaky too me. Thats how I learned.

There are a few websites dedicated too listing rsps's, search rsps list in google. I recommend going too like page 50 or so and looking at the staff opening spots.
