Level 1+

Okay, at this level you can make about 17k an hour. What you do is complete the tutorial or skip it, either one. Once you have done that go east across the two bridges and go up to Lumbridge Cow Fields. These are populated so the key is to find the right world. You must login or register to view this content.
I would recommend doing these until about level 25. Sell the cowhides at the Grand Exchange for market price then with the money you made from it buy 1000 trout and current/up to date armor/weapons. Then go over to edgeville and climb down into the dungeon.You must login or register to view this content. Go all the way east down there until you get to the hill giants. Stop right before them and go right, there should be a key there. You must login or register to view this content. Take it and get a full inventory of bones then go climb up the ladder and bank into the Grand Exchange until you get a desired amount of bones then sell them at the Grand Exchange!

There are shortcuts but you can go ALL the way around to get to there.
