Well the problem looks like the disc might be scratched..... Or if you downloaded it that file is corrupt.... Also Did you download this from a torrent because I was looking for the file for you and that is all that came up...

I actually got it of this guy, but the game seems to be working fine for me, just not sure if these files would affect my gameplay.

I doubt if the game loads up and works that it will effect you ... BUt if you are in the middle of the game and it shuts down then you might have a problem lol... But I cannot seem to find the file anywhere...

You can't find it on the internet or do you have the game?? The file should be in
C:\Program Files\2K\Mafia II\pc\sds\traffic
But mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\2K\Mafia II\pc\sds\traffic

I was looking for it online... And I had the game but got rid of it.... Sorry dude...
