Me and my brother made a LAN server on minecraft.. we've found how we get admin etc.. etc.. (thx to some TuT's) but we can't seem to get the commands working.. do i have to change anything in server properties? or do we need mods? or doesn't it work on private server? (LAN)??

please help me THX

With the new update to minecraft i couldn't get my modded server to work so im not to sure on that...

But the default server commands are:

op <player> --- Gives that player admin powers (op)
deop <player> --- Makes that player a normal user again
tp <player1> <player2> --- Teleports player 1 to player 2
give <player> <item id> <amount> --- Give that player the item selected (max of 64)
save-all --- saves the server chunks
save-off --- turns auto saving off
stop --- saves and closes the server
say <message> --- says that message to the rest of the players (Eg. CONSOLE: Hello)

Thats about all the useful ones i can think off

Yeh i knew this, but commands don't work in our world.. it's an offline server i think.. since we have the pirated version:pirate: , so we need mods/texture pack or change something...

btw: we found Minecraft_mods and it's probably there but when we run the modded server with cuboid it says wrong IP :mad:

you cant run modded servers on the pirated version as they require MySQL or a server ip to run, i dont think you can do without .
