(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); As many of you are aware today is the release of the new MMORPG Rift. You must login or register to view this content. I think it will be a great game as long as they can keep it together. Anyways here are some reasons I believe it will be better:
1. It makes you more important, every quest you accomplish deals with the environment therefore it will change everyones gameplay (I mean that if you close a portal then there will not be an invasion)
2. It is not the same type of questing.
3. Rifts will open everywhere therefore the environment will constantly be changing.
4. It actually got me excited about it.
5. Just numerous possibilities for talents and class combinations.
6. There is no right way to play a class.

I was in the beta myself. It is a pretty good game, not really my style but still good.

Sounds like a great sand-box MMO. Hopefully it'll give WoW a challenge community-wise.

I love WoW, but I agree it is time for something new.

Is it just me, or does this remind you of Dragon Age? (Which IS a good thing, DA is great.)

I loved its commercial "We aren't in Azeroth anymore!" i LMAO so hard, i wish them the best of luck at trying to dethrone WoW, its like trying to replace Pac-man from his style of eat-em-ups.

Last month for me on WoW, kinda boring when heroics you gotta do with guild or you fail, and no such thing as a good pug, in Wotlk it spoiled too many people.

Picked up the Collectors Edition of RIFT, gotta say I'm loving it so far.
