What You Will Need!
An Internet Connection
A Computer
Law runes
Air runes or an Air Staff (recommended)
A RuneScape account
About 9k for the runes (earn that by mining)

Steps
Step 1: Raise your magic level in the Fist of Guthix Minigame. (You can get a lot of temporary runes there.)
Step 2: Stop training when you are at level 33 magic. Now you can use the spell Telekinetic Grab.
Step 3: Grab 28 Law Runes and 28 Air Runes (or an Air Staff if you have one) at a nearby Bank.
Step 4: Walk to the the Chaos Temple by Goblin Village. There will be some Wine of Zamorak on the floor, but you cannot reach it.
Step 5: Use Telekinetic Grab on one of the Wines of Zamorak. Your character will use Telekinetic Grab on it. Get one full inventory of Wines of Zamorak.
Step 6: Store about 100-500 in your bank
Step 7: Walk to the Grand Exchange in Varrock.
Step 8: Sell all your Wines for 3k each!

Some Tips
It is recommended to bring an air staff instead of air runes. The staff only costs 1500 coins, and it will pay for itself after a while because it replaces Air Runes.
If you can't sell them for 1000 GP each sell them for the market price. (this will make it alot faster to sell them) If you still can't sell them for the market price, sell them for the lowest price. You'll be 100 % sure that you will get the money in seconds.
