The maker of it made the site a while ago, but he just recently decided to bring it back from the dead and he's making a ton of updates to it. Basically, you buy new weapons, perks, camouflage, and you level up by attacking other users.

I figured some of you guys might be interested.

Since the game is still new, there aren't a lot of players, so you get the advantage of starting early.
