I have also restored my computer which deleted steam. I downloaded it and let it update and when I try to sign into my account it says "Hello! We see you're logging in from a new computer. As an additional security measure, you'll need to grant access to this computer by entering the special code we've just sent to your email address at hotmail.com" And I can't find anyway to change my contact email address so I can recover my account! Any help at all will be appreciated!

What Steam say to do first of all (you've probably tried this):
You must login or register to view this content.

And if you can't do that, then they say to You must login or register to view this content., where they'll try and confirm your identity.

Yeah, I have already tried that. I just submitted a question to Steam Support... This sucks :/
