u need java development kit, portforward set it to 43594, you need a client and server

You also have to a have a bit of java knowledge,my 1st private server was a 317, i suggest you try that

You have to know how to code stuff in order to change things as simple as the home, commands, even the welcome screen.
If your just "running it" your server will suck, and you will be branded a leacher for life..

of course i know about coding, thats quiet easy on a 317. its just i dont know how to set the server up.

go to rune-locus or rune-server and go there, there are guides about it, NGU really isnt a RS community, if you want that stuff, go there
