Not hard to do, before you go and spend money go to YouTube and search "Port Forwarding". You should get enough results to do it.

Tip, there should be a file in the RSPS that checks the server and if you can play on it then it is probably set to local.

Go to No-Ip.org and create a NO-IP of anything and then setup it with your public IP + Port. Then that file in your RSPS would need to have the Server check for your No-IP domain.

If you still can't figure it out, I can make up a deal with you to help you do it tomorrow.
