It's not confirmed in any manner however Rockstar have refused to claim that it won't come for PC or PS4/XB1. They basically said "focusing on PS3/360 for now". What does that mean? I think it'd be reasonable to expect a 2014 release. It makes sense for Rockstar too. They'd make two sales from most of their customers whether it's from the old consoles to PC or the old consoles to the new ones.

I reckon It will be on PC eventually. Both Grand Theft Auto 4 and Max Payne 3 where released on console first the 3-6 moths later they were released on PC.
