Why not do it yourself, instead of getting somebody else who's stupid enough to do it banned?
I'm sure there are tools widely available online. I personally don't cheat on PC, but I know that the VAC & other game-specific cheat detection systems are pretty serious, having been hit with it back in the days of MW2.

Basically, if you wan't to cheat on a Steam game, be prepared to take the risks yourself.
