It has a APU CPU, it's not going to run it very well. Maybe on low settings, it may be quite laggy also.

They also don't go into the specifics of what the parts are. You generally want to know brands and what not because in some cases that does matter. There are some manufacturer's that just produce crap parts. If he were to ask them and come back to us with that list it would be a decent start.

However if he really doesn't want to go through that hassle and build one himself, it really doesn't seem to be a bad place to start and upgrade over time if needed.

to answer your question will it run yes , will it be playable no.is that worth $379 probably should save up some more around $500 range

Ok man, obviously you will be able to launch the game, but there will be so much lag that you just wont be able to play it...
