I would have to say high quality fans. If it's a gaming PC you will NEED some good HQ fans.

Dont waste your money on just fans. Depending on the case. Might have them built in. Soo here is just an example of a setup.

Edit: When you buy something else make sure the pins for the RAM and PCI for the Gcard match the MoBo.
