However you need to make sure if the power supply would fit properly in your machine. I would measure the power supply you're currently using and match it with the dimensions on these 2 power supplies you found and from my link in this post.

Yeah you have a PCI slot that will work. As long as nothing else is in it :/

If your going to spend the extra money to get a 500W PSU then you minus well spend more money on the card.
