16 GB of Kingston Ram
Gigabyte motherbourd not sure wich one
450W Power Supl
2 Led fans
1 Fan

Will This be able to play nearly all games Maxed out i have checked every were and every were says yes but i value the Opinion of a Actual person
And when it comes to running software like Cinema 4d and be a fast Pc ?

Play all games maxout=Hell no.
To max out you would need to go SLi or in your crossfire with a 6690 or a gtx 580.
The HD6670 is not a very good card, To be frank it sucks, If i was to buy a card in your rang i'd go with the 5770. But if you can swing it get the 6990 or a GTx 570 or 580
With a single HD6670 you would run a game like BF3 on Low/Medium settings.

16gb ram is uncalled for. 8 is plenty
cpu is fine for gaming, But most prefer an i5

If you want to Run games maxed out, you will need a quad core cpu with 3.1 ghz up to 3.5ghz. Also you'll need at least 6gb ram, graphics card like GTX 560 or higher or Radeon 6870 or Higher.
