Depends, id assume around 30 average, gonna suck unless you drop the resolution etc on the game and anti aliasing and such, no way to really know until you try it out. Maybe give minecraft a try or something with recording, it sucks the ass out your pc haha.

well i can record minecraft at a steady 60fps+
but mw2 i idle below 60 while not recording, so idk if im doing something wrong or what

just dropped res on mw2 and im hanging around 80ish sometime 100+ somtimes less than 80
my pc is bipolar xDD

Id say about 40-50 then if you drop the settings, no way to know for definite without trying it tho.
