Well no PC is "teh best" the components don't work there best for any game. I suggest looking into the variety of games you are going to get, and than decide what you need as a baseline. I could give you my build, and I didn't spend over $2k. It has ran any game I needed and can record in 1080p.

Also in any build, I suggest looking into Noctua NH-D14 cooler. I have it and I personally love it, and it is a very good cooler even though everyone thinks liquid cooling is better it really isn't.

Whats A Good Computer That Can Run Most Games On Very High? 4.5k Budget.

$4500? That's really a little overkill don't you think? Do you even use your computer to do tasks like REAL video editing? I mean not some YouTube montage? Please let you be someone who actually uses their computer for more than gaming. Since spending that kind of money on a simple gaming machine is a huge waste.
