Yes, but... I'd Get a different cooler, especially if you plan on over clocking, get a H100 or H80.
And also, i'd change the motherboard to an ASRock Z77 Extreme 4.

if you pick up a extra corsair megaflow 200m fan for the side of the haf 922 you won't need another pc case for awhile

That build is really nice for the price, the cooler is already good for overclocking as I currently use the Hyper 212 EVO in my build. The case however is a little on the low side, you need something that can provide a great airflow. NZXT Cases are particularly good for that as well as Coolermaster cases.
