The specs you listed are pretty much the best specs possible, you can't really get better, it will get about 200FPS+ In battlefield 3 on the highest settings, which is insane.

It'll Probably be more expensive than that, GTX 690 = £850 x 2 = £1700 + £750 CPU = £2450
then watercooling cost's a lot. + Everything else, must be £3500-£4500

waste of money. 2 690s? hahaha 2 7970s benches higher and are half the price, only 1600 speed ram? a 1000$ cpu and no aftermarket cpu to overclock? why are you spending 5k on a computer? its a cyber power so it obviously a POS tbh. 3000$ just on cpu, GPU so it looks like you kinda cheaped out on everything else.

Two 690's don't bench lower than two 7970's...

But it's really unnecessary. In my opinion you're just posting this to show off, or you're not even going to buy this. The fact that you selected a factory overclock etc. just goes to show you aren't really the best when it comes to these things, and you're just going to waste your money.

It's a good build, but you need better cooling. It's your money wasted not mine.

Hey man these specs are better trust me.

CPU: Intel i7 3930k
GPU: 3 EVGA GTX 680 Classified 4GB or 2 EVGA/ ASUS GTX 690
MOBO: Asus Rampage IV Extreme
RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16 GB 1886 mhz
HARD DRIVE 1: OCZ Vertex 4 128 GB
HARD DRIVE 2: Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache
Optical Drive 1: Any Blu-Ray drive/writer combo
Sound: Asus Xonar Essence STX or Creative X-Fi Titanium HD
KEYBOARSad Awesome Razer Black Widow Ultimate 2013 Edition
Mouse: Razer Naga Hex (Personal Opinion)
OS: GET Windows 7 Professional at the LEAST, trust me.

Now I'll explain why I picked these parts.

First you don't need a 3960X its a waste of money. I have a 3930k at 4.5 Ghz at 1.3 volts on a Asus Rampage IV Extreme. The performance difference between the 3930k and 3960X isn't there when you over clock the CPUs. The 3 mbs of cache that the 3960X has will only give you 1-2% improvement in Photoshop. Thats not worth $400 IMO, even if you were a Photographer.

Now the GPU, its beast trust me, we can be buddies then Winky Winky

Now for Motherboard, that motherboard is the best X79 Platform motherboard hands down, it has amazing over clocking features and supports 4-way SLI. Just get it. I have it and don't have any problems, works wonderfully.

Ram, you only need 8 GB for gaming, my rig has 16 GB for the hell of it, so you should too Smile

Hard Drive, this is the fastest SSD out right now. I have it in my rig for my OS and Games.

Hard Drive 2, I have this drive too, its the fastest mechanical drive and is reliable.

Optical Drive, now its good.

Sound, these are the two best sound cards on the market right now, they are 200% better than the DX. They support 600 OHMS headphones, (Astro a40's are only 45). They also have 118 SNR and 122 SNR ratio. SNR means Signal to Noise Ratio which means how loud and clear it is. More on clarity. Which is the most clarity on the market.

Keyboard: This is a mechanical keyboard so its a night and day difference from your standard run of the mill rubber dome key switched keyboard.

Mouse: The Naga Hex is only different from the regular Naga by having six buttons on the side opposed to twelve. I personally find it absurd to have 12. I play every game from, Witcher, Skyrim, Arma, and all those games barely use all buttons. Even Diablo.

OS: Now you want the professional version of windows 7 because it doesn't have the trial software thats annoying and it supports more ram. Premium only supports max of 16 GB. So if you wanted to upgrade to 32 you could.

PSU: Oh, and for your Power Supply you need a 1200 watt PSU. Your gonna run a beefy rig and you wan't to make sure you got the juice behind it. The best 1200 Watt PS is the Corsair AX1200i which is rated at 80 Plus Platinum, which is the most energy efficient power supply.

I would recommend to build this on your own. I would gladly get on Skype and help you. All you would need to know how to do is unbox the components with my help. Trust me man, building by yourself is the best. I divided a cart on Newegg, tell me your email. I'll send you it.

Hey man if you need any more help ask me on Skype. My Skype is: pisolino73
Cheers
