Yeah, I'll probably upgrade the ram in future.
Also, when I look at CPU-Z and it shows that my CPU is running at 1.5 Ghz? Shouldn't it be running at 3.4?

That's the powersaving features that the CPU has. It's fine. Run a stressful application and you should see it ramp up to 3.4 GHz

Did you make that pc yourself or did you order it? The 660 ti (kepler) is supposed to launch in a week or two and you could RMA that back if you got it from Newegg, Tigerdirect...

Edit: The GTX 660 ti is supposed to cost $200-$249 which is around the price of a good 560 ti right now.

I'd give it about a 7.5/10. Like the others said, needs more ram.
