I think that might be overbudget. If so, you could just swap out the GPU for a 6870.

The following 2 users say thank you to Millz for this useful post:

I order from NCIX, a bit cheaper than some sites. But here is MY budget build.

Motherboard: You must login or register to view this content.

CPU: You must login or register to view this content. *for whatever reason, Ivy Bridge is cheaper than the Sandy variant

GPU: You must login or register to view this content. (If you can, spend a bit more for a 7870. It's right on the border of high-end)

RAM: You must login or register to view this content.

CASE: You must login or register to view this content. (Though most likely, you'll be able to reuse your current if it's mid-tower)

CSad Awesome You must login or register to view this content.

HDSad Awesome You must login or register to view this content.

PSU:You must login or register to view this content.

COOLER: You must login or register to view this content.

Just a bit over budget, 654 Euros.

But you get good cooling, a cool case, great cpu and the amazing NVIDIA drivers. If you want to, swap the 560ti for a 6950. That's around 7870-7850ish level.
