(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a GTX 570 and an AMD phenom ii x4 @ 3.4ghz. I know my board is sli ready. PSU... i think it is too. Though is my CPU poerwful enough to add a gtx 650 or 660?

Yes and no.

The PSU might be okay to supply power to two 660ti or something, but nothing more than that. I'm not fully familiar with the power draw of a 660ti let alone 2 in SLI.

Also, since you're using an AMD Phenom II, you are going to get very poor results if you start using two cards. A better upgrade at this point would be to keep the 570 and upgrade your motherboard and CPU first.

And you know you can't SLI two different cards right? (Inb4smartasses try to tell me that it's possible)

You can SLI them if you dedicate one to PhsyX but it's not worth it.

Alright. Thanks for the response, i was hoping i wouldn't need to change those, would it really bottleneck it? lol.
