(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I absolutely cannot wait for this. Its' gonna shake up the console market so good. For us people with good PC's not much will change unless you will buy it for those casual games you want to play in a more laid back attitude. You guys excited?

Worth the Weight
I think I'll stick to my PC hardware and mouse + keyboard. It's a nice invention that will only help to increase my KD in every game I own because of the massive influx of newbies Winky Winky

No but honestly I think it's about time we see a new competitor in the console market. Hopefully it makes a good debut.

Exactly my thoughts. Its gonna be cheaper for people who can't afford to blow the cash an equivalent PC costs. Plus PC hardware is confusing to your average joe.

Also with the Linux based steam OS, its gonna run much better than a PC with same specs running windows.

Steam will be a welcomed change to the normal gamers eyes. Having a great functional ui without having to pay Xbox live and because of steams download platform and patching. Games are likely to cost less.

Finally though no more shitty console ports to PC. Linux will be the easiest and friendly console to code for which means good optimization if the developer is good.

Running a Linux based OS with next Gen consoles coming out I highly doubt this. Look a what the xbox and ps3 can do with their current hardware. Plus it will be upgradable to your specs and I think straight out the box it will have some good specs.

Plus I know its a gaming PC. But it is set up like a console. Custom OS with controller etc. This is obviously designed to target console gamers and convert them to steam/PC without them thinking. Plus it will fuck up EA with their origin shit.

Sorry mate but the fact consoles came out in 2005 and had to be speced in 2004 your argument is silly.
