The one with the Intel processor. Way better quality than AMD. Both of these are overkill btw.

I recommend building one.

I'm an Intel fanboy can't lie spent $307 on an i7 3770k over Amd but both have good qualities just depends on what your doing and price range to be honest.

Just go for the Intel. Intel is a lot better than AMD and you wouldn't regret it.
